 grip uzrokuje virus infulense a ili b dok prehladu uzrokuje arsenal od jedno 200 virusa koji pripadaju coronavirusima i rhinovirusima.protiv infulense nas iorganizam se intezivno bori á rezultat toga su bolovi u kostima misicima,slabost,malaksalost, kao i neizbjezna povisena temperatura.....................za vrijeme gripa nije dobro trenirati jer uslovljava smanjenje misicne mase mogla bi se navuci i upala pluca...

da li tenirate tokom gripa ili prehlade

Normalno da ne treniram kad sam bolestan, dobro jedino mozda kad mi samo ono malo nos smrca a osjecam se ok onda da, ali kad sam onako bas bolestn i sav jadan ne bi ni mogao trenirat a i nije nikako preporucljivo jer se onda jos vise razbolis sigurno

kada sam samo prehladen onda treniram,ali lagano.
pri povisenoj temperaturi dobro se je preznositi pa ja to rado napravim na treningu i onda kuci na caj,vitamine i spavanje.sutra si ko nov.to vrijedi za prehlade i lakse bolesti(barem za mene),za gripu nikako.

Nikada ne treniram ako sam bolestan tj prehladjen!
Jednom sam bio na treningu kada me nesto uhvatilo, pa sam poslje treninga fino povracao i doma lezao s temperaturom 39 u krevetu cijeli dan! Al proslo me je za samo š  dan. Neznam sta je to bilo al je brzo proslo, neka hibridna bolestina!

Hm....ja vjezbam kada sam lagano bolestan...ali isto lagano vjezbam...tek toliko da krv protece malo i da se razgibam...

Kad imam prehladu, naravno dok mogu hodati rukama micat idem na trening jer mi dobro dojde. Dobro se uznojim pa koda prehlada brze prodje cito sam negdje da se izbace znojom virusi. I naravno puno tekucine treba pit

treniram dok god mogu stajat na nogama... trenirao sam i pod lakshom gripom i virozama...naravno da se kasnie osjechash loshije al nie tak strasno, treba samo puno vitama C i chaja ;) i nitno vam neche moch nishta

 Ja i sto treniram i kada sam prehladjena, i gripa...dok temperatura nije 39;)

Malo jesu laksi treninzi-.....ali eto... moram....

Moje je iskustvo da je tijekom lakse prehlade bolji osjecaj nakon vjezbanja nego nakon mirovanja. Istina, rade se lakse vjezbe, ali nemam osjecaj da to organizmu steti, naprotiv. Druga je stvar tijekom gripe i visoke temperature. Tada se ne mogu ni pomaknuti.
