pozdrav svima na forumu
vec vidim da cemo se dosta druzit :D inace treniram jedrenje,a trenutno studiram kondicijsku pripremu sportasa na vanrednom studiju kinezioloskog fakulteta. Do sad sam kondicijski dio radila sa svojim trenerom ali mi program vise ne odgovara pa sam krenula sa individualnim treningom koji bi trebao pratiti moje potrebe zelje i fizicko stanje...jos da usmjerim i prehranu kako treba (tu racunam na vas i vase savjete) i mozda do ljeta i budem licila na nesto  Edited by bea |
