Pozdrav ekipo
Evo otvaram novu temu gdje me zanima da li ima netko da preko vikenda odstupa od prehrane te si dopusti jedan dan za vikend da ima punjenje to podrazumjeva jace obroke koji sadrže ugljikohidrate Preko tjedna mi je prehrana super držim ju pod kontrolom te kontroliram ugljikohidrate te imam kardio trening i trening u teretani svaki dan pa me zanima el ce mi poremetiti cijeli tjedan taj jedan dan ako si dopustim malo poviše ugljikohidrata.. Unaprijed hvala od svakog mišljenje je dobro došlo...;) |

A to sam cuo o kolege da kao tijelo doživi bum kada nakon dobro kontroliranih obroka uneseš u sebe više hrane od dozvoljenog..:D

Pa u biti vrati se u normalno stanje, ako si ove dana prije bio u deficitu koje je u nacelu negativno stanje za organizam.

Vidiš Cofa o tome ti stalno pricam, slobodno si dopusti punjenje neceš to ni osjetit jer tokom tjedna imaš dosta treninga i vecinom si u deficitu a znam da još nedjeljom imaš utakmicu tako da slobodno pojacaj ugljikohidrate ![]() |
