Eh,da vas pitam nesto planirao sam krenuti sa vjezbanjem trebam malo povecati misicnu masu pa bih polako krenuo.Vjezbam kod kuce imam tegove male i benc,radipo bi i sklekove,trbusnjake,zgibove itd... e da vas pitam koje doba dana je najbolje za vjezbanje, ja sam mislio ujutro vjezbati kad doruckujem da li je to dobro ili je bolje predvece ????

Najbitnije je da vjezbas dok nije vrucina,kod mene je to prije 10 i poslije 8 navece.Ako ces vjezbati ujutro poslje dorucka onda je najbolje da prodje sat i po do dva. :)

Ma vježbaj kad oš, mene ne ne hebe ovo vrijeme uopce . Samo jedi nešt proteinsko prije i nakon treninga da poboljšaš rezultate i ubrzaš napredak sa dobivanjem mišicne mase .
