Jel netko probao i kakvi su rezultati? :)

Za one koji ne znaju: program od kreatora p90x,program za masu od 12 videa (ako se ne varam 12). Samo što treba i benc.

Extreme , vidio sam u komentarima da spominješ i varijantu od 2 puta tjedno. To se odnosi na ovaj program ? Ako da , je li se to onda radi u 2 tjedna što radiš u original programu u 1 tjedan ? Btw. koliko je bitan onakav nacin zagrijavanja jer ne znam što da koristim umjesto onog 'valjka'

Možeš bez valjka, radi sve ostalo i možeš i vijacu ubacit. Ako je dva puta tjedno onda je jedan trening gornji a drugi trening donji dio tijela.
