Imam 25 godina, radim fizicki posao sa kašetama pive, bacvama itd.
180/65 i htio bih smršavit.. ŠALIM SE!! htio bih dobit na masi Smile

pocni ozbiljno i kvalitetno jest, pretpostavljam da dosta dižeš stvari na poslu, inace sam za bodyweight ali tebi treba šipka, hrpa utega i strongman opleti po velikoj trojci :D

samo si guglaj kako izgledaj strongman treninzi i oponašaj pokrete sa bacvom, jedi ko manijak i rasteš garant, ni treninzi ne trebaju :P

Izvini ali ne slažem se s tobom, na poslu mi radi samo gornji dio tijela, a donji samo šeta vamo tamo.. u teretani bi cijelo tijelo treniralo.

I svi mi govore da jedem.. pa eto mog trenutnog jelovnika:

7h cornflakes i mlijeko
8-12 posao
8h 2 krofne cokolada :P
10h sendvic i jogurt
12:40 šta god nadjem u hladnjaku
15h rucak
16:30 ono što ostane od rucka :P
17-21 posao
18h opet gladan... sendvic
21:30 par feta kruha sa namazom i mlijeko

Pocni jest puno zobenih, voca, paste, rize, mesa, jaja, orasastih plodova.. pa ces vidjet kako masa raste :)

otkad mrtvim dizanjem radi samo gornji dio tijela, kad nosiš nešto na rukama i hodaš jel ti noge ne rade...

još jedna stvar: nisam rekao da ne ideš u teretanu, ako se može, odi i radi the big 3 po 5x5 metodi i postupno dižitežine

i ovo što davor kaže, da bi rasli mišici moraš jest dobru hranu ;)

Prije sam imao 58 dok nisam poceo radit ovaj posao. LOL

Ajde onda, krenulo je nešto Smile Davor je to lijepo rekao u 1 recenici tako da se tu nema šta filozofirat - jedi toga koliko god treba da kilaža krene još prema gore.....iako si možeš dopustit i malo više junka od nekih, biraj što kvalitetnije.
