andjo sestro ,ako si vrhunski sportas ili ako treniras nesto manje negoli u tom nivou onda je to ok..mislim na to sto se zove whey...ako si rekreativac nema potrebe da uzimas ta skupa sredstva......probaj kroz normalnu prehranu opskrbiti tijelo svim potrebnim komponentama.......
