ovako bio sam malo vise od mjesec dana na bolovanju i nakon toga krenuo u teretanu opet i puf nakon tjedan dana sa 89 na 94kg kako je to moguce??

Malo vode, malo više hrane... :)

Sve ovisi kako si jeo dok nisi trenirao i što si radio uopće...i što si promijenio kada si krenuo sa treningom. Vjerojatno si i  jeo dosta manje dok nisi trenirao, možda i premalo pa ako si naglo povećao unos hrane  (pogotovo uh-a) nije ni čudo.

Ma kilaza je bila ista tako dugo dok nisam krenuo opet sa teretanom prije tjedan dana kako je to moguce
