Sve ovisi o kilaži i samoj seriji, npr. u početku po minimalno 10 ponavljanja, dok zadnja serija s najvećom težinom završi na 2 ponavljanja ,a radim cca. 6 serija na svemu navedenom, tako da ja trening završim za sat vremena, a toliko mi taman odgovara što se tiče ostalih obveza
