Poprilicno smisleno :) ono što je najbitnjije je da rectus abdominis rijetko treba snagu u samom pregibanju, kako je i navedeno, a konstantno se forsira taj pokret

Trbušnjake kao vježbu nikada ne radim. Funkcija mišica core-a nije pregibanje vec stabilizacija, pa tako mislim da više smisla ima raditi upravo na tome što i je njihova funkcija... Ne tvrdim da sam š00% u pravu i trudim se sve uzeti sa zrnom soli, pa tako i ovaj clanak. Ne mogu reci da se s apsolutno svime što je navedeno slažem u potpunosti ali generalno gledajuci podržavam.
