meni se cini da cu ja samo od posnog sira živjet. što mogu
jest kao međuobrok između rucka i vecere?

pwm poslin treninga ako vjezbas popodne,posni,neki sendvic sa pilecim prsima i ovitku ili tako nesto ima opcija,mozes i nesto voca ubacit,mozes i jos malo zobenih s mlikon

  Najbolje kupit one proteinske plocice za u skolu nosit.. ili ih slozit doma, na fitness.com.hr-u ima recept.. ja razmisljam da ih ovih dana slozim.. pa kad glad nastupi, sa njima presjec malo do sljedeceg obroka..
