Iz pisanja sam stekla dojam da ga nikad ne osjetiš ![]() I to su samo 2 sitnice koje se mogu korigirati da se bolje osjeti. Zato i rekoh - možda i nije do uspavanih gluteusa, ili nekih poteškoća sa mobilnošću itd., možda samo treba laagani pomak u neku stranu da ih osjetiš malo bolje ![]() A i ne samo to, postoji puno varijacija čučnja, možda jednostavno radiš onaj koji ti ne koristi. Onda je bolje raditi nešto drugo, pa da te ostale dane iskoristiš za odmor. Ne treba ti puno vježbi, samo par pravih i dobro opterećenje ;) |
