  Pa ovisi kako ga izvodis.. mozes se polako spustat pa brzo dignut i zavrsit laganim skokom, cime bis dobio na eksplozivnosti.. Ali imas dosta vjezbi za eksplozivnost i bez utega, tipa sprinteva, poskoka u cucnju, skokova u dalj, itd..

heavy cucanj koji je spor je isto dobar za eksplozivnost dapace, dosta trenera smatra da se određene pliometrijske vježbe ne trebaju raditi dok se ne dođe do cucnja od 2 x težine tijela pojedinca!

  Treba neki stalak napravit.. kao i ja.. ja kad bi imao stalak, nebi ni isao u teretanu, posto imam doma sve potrebno...

nemam baš š00,imam 96 i još malo sala,prilicno sam
skinija u ovaj misec ipo dana,7 kila,a bome organizam
nije trpija.još imam malo skinit,reka bi 3-4 kg(iako imam
namjeru još 6),i onda cu bit stroj

to svi govore,ili kad me ljudi vide,pa me pitaju koliko
kila imam,onda kad im kažu pitaju se di mi to sve stane
itd...uglavnom,nadam se da cu brzo doc do 90,pa cemo u
naredna,ako Bog da,2 miseca,vidit ko je u pravu
