Evo, ja sam danas kupio MIZUNO wawe hawk 2...Dosta ljudi hvali mizuno sad cemo vidjeti kako se nose...Do sad sam imao NIKE Dart VI, ali su se toliko izgazile, toliko rastegle da mi je dosadilo trenirati u njima, imam osjecaj koda su 2 broja veca Dead

a je***e koje li teme... evo, ja treniram u natikacama, kada treniram noge, onda treniram bos. ako nisam lijen, onda obucem stare poluraspadnute reebokice koje sam prije š00 godina platio cca 200kn u metrou.
od super uber cool tenisica od 800kn na kojima je zlatno izvezen natpis ''ronnie coleman'' vam nece izrasti misici.

Gajba tu spiku zahebi, ako hoces dizat duze vrijeme i radis eksplozivne olimpijske liftove, a hoces sacuvat zglobove jako je bitno u cemu radis. O prijenosu energije da ne govorimo.

ma naravno... ovdje smo svi pro koji dizemo barem 3x svoju tezinu u dl-u. tim vise kaj si stavio link na tenisice vs weightlift cipele (koje nitko od rekreativaca ne koristi), a moja je poanta da je totalno nebitno u kojim tenisicama treniras (tim vise sto 99% ljudi trenira u niskim tenisicama), bile one od š00kn ili 800. i da ova tema sluzi za kurcenje tko ima vecu kitu i bolje tenisice, a nema nikakve rasprave...

Uf kakav nastup...
Iskreno na pamet mi nije palo nešto takvo...kao što gajba kaže..
Ja jako puno trcim, treniram insanity, pa mi je jako važno šta imam na nogama, doduše, htio sam malo cuti  što drugi preferiraju i da malo vidim cijene, a ne je***e da se neko dolazi kurcit, ufff..
Probaj ti trcati 3 put na tjedan po š0km u nekim nebitnim tenisicama, pa cu te za 2 mjeseca pitati kako noge

Krivo si postavio topic tyros, trebao si pitat u kojim tenisicama trcite , jer je trening širok pojam. takve tenisice za trening u teretani su loše npr i nepotrebne.....

fitness i trcanje su dva razlicita sporta i potpuno nespojiva. trcanje je jako katabolican sport koji nitko od bb-a ne prakticira.

Kako rekreativci ne koriste, koristim ja, i poznajem jos par ljudi koji imaju takve tenisice; i jos pola teretane koji nose duboke powerlifterice.
Ne znam uopce sta pokusavas reci. Ima rasprave, ja sam naveo razloge zbog cega se takve tenisice trebaju koristiti, i to svakome preporucam. Ne moraju biti weightlifterice ili powerlifterice, ali neke smjernice se trebaju postivat. Tvrd đon, da je stabilna i da cvrsto drzi nogu, puno gaziste. Bos kad radis moze doc do bocnog rolanja stopala, a to bas najpozeljnije.
Kao sto rekoh, cipele su tu da omoguce sigurnije izvodjenje vjezbe, a ne da ti donesu rezultate, to samo budala moze pomisliti. Radi se o tome koliko vodis racuna o svom tijelu, a ne o tome tko koliki ima...

Da zakljucimo,  ova stranica se zove fitness.com.hr  jer joj je glavna tematika, sport, zdravlje te kretanje i sve vrste aktivnosti.

Takva je i tema i smeta mi kad dođu ljudi nabrijani na bb i pricaju drugima o tome što je fitness samo zato što su si oni to prisvojatali nekom samo njima jasnom logikom ( jer  imaju "body fitness" natjecanja i sl.) Postoje teme za bb i nije problem pricati o bb-u ali nemojte se ponašati kao da ste sami ili samo vi u pravu.

nije ovo napad na nikoga ali sam ucio gore navedene situacije par puta pa naglašavam.

Pa ako si u dobrom fitness centru, vidiš i bicikle, trake za tracenje, orbitreke,  medicinke, balans lopte,  vrece za boks, ergometre, karike i slicno

To je to.. ne znam zasto vecina smatra fitness bodibildingom :SS

Primjerice, jucer sam bio u jednoj teretani u Rijeci za posao vidjet, i zena mi odmah naglasila da u toj teretani nema bildera, vec pretezito zene koje se bave fitnessom radi zdravlja.. i bilo mi je bas drago kad sam to cuo..
