Ne znam baš kolko ti je pametno miješati uh i masti u jednom obroku i koristit svježi za dorucak, a pogotovo mlijeko+zobene ako ti ne treba višak kalorija. |

A necu gledat na defku i to.. jest cu da imam snage za 2 treninga u danu odradit.. ujutro utege i popodne boks..
Mislim da uz dva treninga bih mogao jesti oko 2000kcal, a da se ne debljam.. ugljikohidrate cu stavit kao bazu jer inace mi nedostaje energije.. |

A ono moš ti pojest šta hoceš za dorucak, ja ipak gledam da je što jednostavnije za pripremu a da je ipak hranjivo. Skuhana riža sa pekmezom i wheyom npr ak imaš vremena se s tim hebavat..zobene kao što sam vec napisao u onoj temi (meni najbolji p+uh odorucak), il moš slanu varijantu sa kajganom i nekom salatom (meni najbolji p+m dorucak), pa one fitnes palacinke il tunjevinu s int kruhom itd.. šta god ti padne na pamet i šta ti se jede to jutro jer ne moš uvijek ni jedno te isto jesti. |

Prije sam jeo integralnu rizu sa parmezanom i maslinovim uljem.. to mi je ukusno jako.. meni je problem sto ujutro nemogu puno pojest..
A jedes ti kakav kruh? ja onaj kruh fitness... i najcesce sa purecim prsima u ovitku, i sirni namaz stavim.. pa ko sendvic..bude oko 350kcal, a opet u tome oko 40g ugljikohidrata i 30g proteina.. a i masti nesto. Gledam na fitness.com.hr-u recepte za marendu.. casa soka, zobene, jogurt, 2 jaja.. ko bi to sve ujutro jeo.. cini mi se da su malo krivo preracunali.. |
