Pozdrav svima!

Dakle, pocela sam ponovno ici u teretanu jucer no s obzirom da nisam vježbala vec duže vrijeme, zaradila sam upalu mišica.

Zanima me, je li pametnije otici sutra normalno u teretanu ili cekati do potpunog oporavka? Ili pak samo smanjiti intenzitet treninga na upaljenim mišicima?

I ja sam napravio mjesec dana pauze, noge trenutno ne osjecam, isto tako i bol u prsima, al danas su ledja na redu tako da nema razloga za ispriku
