I jel došla koja kila u međuvremenu?  UH prije spavanja nisu baš poželjni.

A ti NJOJ promijenila spol ako se ne varam  Ok onda, previdio sam

a tu bi kao jogurt išao pod proteine....kao...heh....šta bi tu onda bila bolja alternativa, whey, posni, bjelanjci?

Ma kakav jogurt kao izvor P  to sve što si nabrojala dakako može. Meni je standardno whey ili tunjevina. Jaja jedem cijela tako da je isplativije ih jesti kao P+M, sir se sporije razgrađuje tako da ga ostavim za vecer.

Ja nisam probao brusnicu.. probao sam cokoladu i vaniliju, te se vracam definitivno na cokoladu..

proba san vaniliju cokoladu ljesnjak jagodu brusnicu i vaniliju san otpisa ne odgovara mi nikako sve ostalo moze
