Evo jedan lagan, ukusan, a opet visokokalorican dorucak koji sam smislio ovih dana:

- 0,5 litre mlijeka s 3% mm - 300 kalorija - 15 grama proteina
- 100 grama zobenih pahuljica - 400 kalorija - 14 grama proteina
- 30 grama whey proteina - 90 kalorija - 24 grama proteina
- 100 grama mljevenog plazma keksa - 300 kalorija - 8 grama proteina

To je ukupno 1090 kalorija, te 61 gram proteina. To natrpam u sebe i vec sam unio gotovo pola potrebnih proteina za tekuci dan. A vjerujte mi da je lagan i ukusan, za ne povjerovati, najviše zbog plazma keksa.. Probajte!

Ma ja sam pokušao nekoliko puta salame, paštete, jaja i sl. za dorucak, i jednostavno mi ne odgovara. Jedva ih pojedem, preteško mi je to za dorucak. Radije cu pojesti 4 šnite kruha s nutelom i litru mlijeka, nego nešto slano. :D
