  ja se zagrijavam na pocetku treninga a na kraju istezem i to istezanje traje oko š5tak min, volim istezanje na kraju jer se onda ljepo opustam i istezem dugo i koliko hocu, ne istezem se poslje svake vjezbe jer nemam pauze izmedju vjezbi eventualno ponekad ako osjetim da mi treba ali rijetko

  pa zasto ne mozes? meni istezanje bas pase, ponekad kad mi se ne trenirat ili kad sam umorna/slaba jedva cekam to istezanje

Svakako mijenjaj. Sve do prije par mjeseci se također nisam istezao na kraju treninga, nekako bih uvijek to preskocio i otkako sam poceo s istezanjem na kraju svakog treninga, ma koliko ubitacan bio trening, upale su smanjene i nema grceva tokom dana.

  mene usprkos istezanju uhvati upala uvijek ako imam pauzu, recimo tjedan dana ne vjezbam, poslje prvog sljedeceg treninga jedva hodam mozda pretjeram s tim prvim treningom nakon pauze neznam, sad sam uvela i zagrijavanje na steperu a ne samo trbusnjacima i tako nekim vjezbama

Tocno to,nemam naviku,a kadkad zaboravium,a dikod se jedva
cekam otuširat
