evo ako bi mi netko mogao napisati neke vježbe za proširiti ramena.Molim vas nemoj te pisati plivanje jer nemam mogucnost ici na to.

znaci htio bi opcenito prosirit gornji dio tijela.. radi vjezbe za prosirenje ledja (kao zgibovi), lateral raises za bocno rame, vjezbe za triceps kao uski bench, kickbacks, ceoni potisak..

Kreni sa zgibovima definitivno - nastavi s vježbama za ramena i latissimus.
Btw. širina tvojih ramena je inace genetski predefinirana, tako da neceš moci napraviti neki ekstra veliki pomak. Ovim nabrojanima vježbama ceš to malo poboljšati - btw. javi kako napreduješ i koliko si zaista uspio 'proširiti ramena'...
