Evo, danas sam uspio napraviti 8 x š+2+3+4 ponavljanja = 80 military presseva na svaku ruku s 24kg kettlebellom.

E kad bi barem i turskog dizanja mogao napraviti 80 na svaku ruku... ...tko zna, možda jednog dana.

military press sa š6kg za djevojku nije lak zadatak, pa ako možeš i "samo" par ponavljanja...hehehe, to je odlicno. Ne poznajem baš puno djevojaka koje to mogu.

Thorn, izvinjavam se. Bilo je na temu vježbi za ramena, a kako nemam obicaj cesto pisati na temi o "što sam danas vježbao", ubacio sam to ovdje.

Zmaj,

ako si u Zadru ili okolici, raspitaj se kod Chaxy za probu s girjama. Ona trenira kod covjeka koji zna što radi pa bi ti mogao pokazati što i kako raditi.

Zmaju, sumnjam da bi potezao od Trogira do Zadra, ali ako hoceš možeš doci jednom na probu, cisto da probaš i vidiš kako izgleda trening.

Davore,

nudim ti besplatan kettlebell seminar. Možemo ga odraditi gdje ti želiš, ima livada na Trsatu... Ozlijediti se neceš, a ja cu se prilagoditi koliko treba tako da ne izgubiš niti jedan dan svog treninga. Jedini su problem kettlebelli...mogu nabaviti jednu š6icu, ili možemo pricekati 2 tjedna da mi dođu kettlebelli koje sam narucio. Ako stvarno želiš vidjeti ima li to smisla ili ne, sada imaš dobru priliku.

što kažeš? Ne možeš ništa izgubiti...
