Da, ali je problem što vec postoji višak kože...i to nakon poroda, to je malo zeznutije za maknut samo tako...naravno, ako je problem samo u višku kože? Kao uvijek, slika bi puno pomogla... |

taj višak ko3e je poseban problem koji pokušavam riješiti kremama, bademovom i slieno, ali ništa ne poma3e naroeito..za liposukciju se ne bih odlueila nisam ni razmišljala o tome...
kod mene ide oko š kg sedmiano...presporo mi je jer imam oko š0 skinuti minimalno..bar do proljeaa..

pa i ja iman drob pogotovo odkad san na masi,pa samo 3 vjezbe radin tjedno,a na definiciji se to skida tako da neboj se uspit ces,a sad sta se koze tice poslin poroda ako je bas previse neznan koliko se to moze vratit

nije to tek tako ic pod noz ka kad ides u frizera ili tako nesto ,prvo triba probat vjezbon koliko je god moguce,a ako neide onda noz ostavit za zadnje rijesnje ![]() |

Ja nastojim UH konzumirati uvijek ujutru, prije glavnih aktivnosti (faksa,ucenja,labaratorija,treninga,hodanja), a izbjegavam ih u kasnijim satima dana...
Zanima me jel previse UH: za dorucak pomjesam dvije sake kukurznih, saku zobenih zitarica (bez secera),dodam pola sake grozdjica suhih i pola sake suhih brusnica... tri sata nakon toga pojedem neko voce- npr. dvije narance ili jednu narancu+2 kivija ... Imam osjecaj da previse UH unosim, jer ovaj zadnji slauf oko stomaka ne ide pa ne ide, iako idem 4 puta sedmicno na plivanje po sat vremena (isplivam 2 km puna) i 2 puta vjezbam sa tegovima... Dakle prehrana mora biti problem, al ne vidim rjesenja, jer kad bih jeo manje od ovoga, pao bih od gladi- svaki dan imam praksu,puno ucim, puno hodam... Pomoc ! ![]() |

a neznan ako je ovo sve ne cini mi se puno , a da probas neke druge vjezbe jos ubacit da radis recimo tri puta tjedno s utezima i na svakom treningu neke vjezbe za trbuh ako nisu treniznzi dan za danon i uz to ubacit na kraju 20-30 minuta kardia.inace salo sa stomaka ide zadnje

A dal konzumiras kakve slatkise ili cipseve itd?? pa cuj.. to su 3 sake ujutro zitarica.. nije to malo.. probaj smanjit.. bar na 2.. ali mislim da to ne igra glavnu ulogu.. probaj ubacit trcanje u trening.. |

citaj pažljivije illy jer vjerujem da je u ovome trik. Garant je shebo metabolizam, ili u prijevodu puno aktivnosti + malo hrane = ogroman katabolizam, stres itd. A šta je posljedica prevelikog katabolizma i stresa? Upravo nakupljanje sala na kriticnim tockama. |

definitivno premalo hrane....a nismo cak ni vidjeli cijeli dan, cisto me strah što kasnije jede ako nema uh...a s toliko aktivnosti i treninga.... slažem se s deckima, to je to... a i kakvi su treninzi 2x tjedno? I to je pitanje... Edited by Gym_girl |
