Moze se , vjerujem. Jer i ja sam imao obicaj prije svako jutro Nesquik, misleci da nisu neke kalorije, a onda se sokirao kad sam vidio koliko ima kalorija jedna velika kasika nesquika+ velika solja mlijeka u odnosu na stvarnu vrijednost sta covjek dobije iz toga-NISTA ! Ne zasiti, ne utazi glad, cisto prazne kalorije... Jos sto vecina ljudi to zaseceri bijelim secerom. Uf jesam sretan sto sam se toga otarasio |

Naravno. Ali cilj je,barem meni, nauciti da mi takva hrana ne predstavlja zadovoljstvo. Sad kad pojedem ensto jako slatko,bude mi muka, jer se organizam jednostavno odvikao od tako naglih udara secera/inzulina. |

Meni je ovo fascinantno, pa se uvijek pitam zašto se to meni ne dogodi ponekad? Možda ipak junkam a da ni ne znam? citao sam par prica gdje netko pojede npr. pizzu i bude mu zlo, trese se, riga, temperatura maltene a nije junkao dosta dugo. Al ono za realno, ako vježbaš u teretani i piješ PWM ili durWM itekako udariš po inzulinu |

Normalno. Ali proteini i masti samo lagano oslobadjaju inzulin, dok ga glukoza salje u visine... Kod mene nema tresenja,riganja itd., jednostavno mi bude muka |
