Nemoj si to radit. Trapez je mišic koji dosta brzo raste, nema ga potrebe radit više od š tjedno, ma zapravo ga nit ne moraš direktno pogađat. Jer nakon nekog vremena ce postat predominantan i s tim ceš izgledat uže. Ako ti se trening leđa sastoji od veslanja i mrtvog dizanja, trapez ce ti bit dovoljno stimuliran na rast

Za ledja zasad radim samo zgibove, kad krenem u pravu
teretanu, onda cu radit veslanje i jos nesto znaci, da
trapez radim samo jedan put tjedno?

Jel imaš bucice ili šipku doma? Ako imaš, baci se na veslanja, milijun varijacija imaš, t-bar, yates row, bent ower row, one arm db row...

Zgibovi su mama za leđa, al ceš teško od njih dobit "dubinu" i "reljefnost" leđa. Zgibovi + neka od varijacija veslanja + mrtvo dizanje = kompletan razvoj leđa, pa tako i trapeza

Vježbe koje pogađaju samo trapez ubaci povremeno, jednom tjedno je ok, mada možeš i rjeđe

Bavio sam se natjecateljski 4 god, no zbog koljena i slabih nogu
odustao. Sada se namjeravam vratit..
Bio sam u superteskoj , no sada teskas

ja radim slijeganje ramenima sa bucicama i sa šipkom iza leđa na dane kad radim leđa/ramena. s time da jedan tjedan radim sa bucicama, a drugi sa šipkom.
meni se baš trapez ne pozna , a htio bi da bude ogroman.
