možete li mi reci koje su dobre ali sigurne vježbe za odraz u predpubertetskoj i pubertetskoj dobi . treniram košarku intezivno ali odraz mi nije nešto velik ( oko 50 cm uvis ).inace nemam veliku kilažu i pocesto trcim te radim calf rises i cucnjeve te iskorak za noge . usput možete li mi reci još i neke vježbe za prednju i zadnju ložu.

to je dobra vježba za zadnju ložu, ali neznam dali ti smiješ raditi te vježbe ako si još u predpubertetskoj dobi
