Namirnice koje vecina ne voli

Možda volite neke od navedenih namirnica, ali ste pritom samo iznimka koja potvrđuje pravilo

S pizzom, tjesteninom te mesom ili ribom na roštilju nikada ne možemo pogriješiti kada pozivamo društvo na veceru. No, postoje namirnice koje bi trebali izbjegavati jer ih vecina ne podnosi:

Jetra
Gurmani ju hvale, ali ju mnogi ne mogu ni pomirisati, a kamo li pojesti. Jetra je zapravo zdrava jer sadrži proteine, vitamin A, željezo i cink, ali je jako važno da se priprema dok je svježa.

Plavi sir
Prepoznat cete ga po intenzivnom mirisu, odnosno smradu. Za one koji ga vole, idealan je dodatak salatama, umacima i sendvicima.

Patlidžan
Spužvast je i gorak dok je svjež, sam po sebi nema nikakav okus i postaje kašast kad se koristi u kuhanju - sve su to osobine koje baš ne govore u prilog patlidžanima.

Okra
Radi se o duguljastom povrcu punjenom malim sjemenkama koje su pomalo ljepljive. Ima lagan okus i puno vitamina A i C. Ljudi okru ne vole upravo zbog pomalo neobicne teksture.

Sardine
Sardine su vecini previše masne i previše aromaticne. S druge strane, odlican su izvor omega-3 masnih kiselina i proteina.

Prokulice
Poticu organizam na pojacano ispuštanje plinova. Odlican su prilog raznim jelima, ali ih djeca redovito mrze dok ih dio odraslih jede samo kad baš mora. Prilikom kuhanja ne smiju biti prekuhane, a najbolje ih je poslužiti s maslinovim uljem, paprom, cešnjakom i soli.

Repa
Ljudi koji izbjegavaju repu griješe - radi se o povrcu koje je poznato kao prirodan afrodizijak i koje jaca imunitet.

Tripice
Mnogima se okrece želudac vec pri samom pogledu na tripice/fileke. Nekada su tripice bile jelo sirotinje, a danas ih možete naci u najfinijim restoranima. Radi se o narezanom goveđem želucu.

Tripice... Jetra.... uh....

Znam da se moj stari i njegova ekipa guuuuše u tim smrdljivim tripicama, ali ja to stvarno ne mogu....

A jetra - pa to je glavni organ za filtriranje smeca - zašto bih onda to opet željela unijeti u sebe?

Okra? Guglala sam je, zove se i Bamija, cula, ali nikad srela ni jela.

Jetricaaa mljac
Prokulice bljak, ostalo volim ili eto, pojedem...

Ništa od ovoga ne volim, no mogu pojesti repu i sardine.
To jedino što znam pojesti - ostalo s popisa nikako ne jedem..

Patliđan, repa, prokulice, jetrica- to su sve super stvari i nešto cešce nešto rjeđe, ali su sve kod mene na meniju

repa mi je najdraže jelo... sa grahom... predobro, jela bi
to svaki dan.... a prokulice isto, samo ih stavim na pola
kad ih kuham da izađe gorcina ... ma svo povrce koje
postoji ja jedem.. i batat sam kuhala, i korabicu njam njam
juhica fiiiiina... sve..

al jetra , tripove i to.. 0 bodova

Upravo sam se sjetila kad sam prije par godina spocitavala decku kako može cijelo vrijeme jesti SAMO svinjetinu, dok su se prokulice kuhale, a na to ce on:
"Moja hrana bar ne smrdi po nogama!"

prva stvar treba se znat pripremit,znaci palenta,tripice,pancete,luka,zacina i bude savrseno...mogu rec da mi je omiljeno za jest....kad mama radi onda i nije nesto al kad jedan prijatelj iz istre ufff

ja sam jednom jela bikova muda
naravno nisam imala pojma što je, podvalili mi, okus i izgled ko gljive, u nekakvoj palacinki, uglavnom mljac ali da sam znala vrlo vjerojatno ne bih to jela

ali tripice... pa to smrdi na kilometar
