sve je relativno.moj devet godina mljadji brat jede poslije treninga normalan obrok .nikakav whey,nikakva dekstroza,nikakvo mlijeko,posni sirevi pa je ogroman.zamisli da ja njemu sad kažem gle mali koristi whey

i bolje da ništa ne uzima kad mu ne treba ali poznam par likova kojima bi tak preporucio da pocnu neš uzimat npr. sebi ha ha
