Pomoc... u teretani nemao nikakvu spravu za vježbe zadnje lože... jel postoje neke alternativne vježbe koje bi mogle poslužit svrsi?

Možeš radit Rumunjsko mrtvo dizanje, good morning dosta ukljucuje zadnju ložu, glute-ham raise mi je najbolja, ali ujedno i najzahtjevnija.

Po meni je bolji izbor ATG SQ ili slDL, kod mene tako loža eksplodira za nepovjerovat.

 Ja nisam za izbacivanje fleksije....ne je pustit kao glavnu i jedinu vježbu, to nikako...al kao neku nadopunu, ili za onako povremeno, kao promjenu.. zašto ne....ili za pocetnike...

Vidiš kako se mišljenja razilaze, ja fleksiju nikad nebih ubacio u trening, pogotovo ne pocetniku, zahtjevao bih da odmah pocne ucit trenirat sa slobodnim utezima i šipkama, hardcore trening rula i na takav nacin ce sigurno imat više pluseva nego ako bude kružio po kojekakvim spravama i izolacijama za pojedine mišice, ali ponavljam, to je samo moje mišljenje
