Sad sam tek primijetio da je Ive mislio na Plivit C tabletu.... pa to i ja pijem hehe...

(koja, usput, ima 500mg vitamina C)

prema ovome je preporucen unos za muzjaka od š7-30 : 90mg dok je 2g "upper intake level", dakle plafon.

Da na to sam mislio, inace hvala na savjetima a ono za medjuobroke da su previse light to sam tako napisao a ja inace isto pojedem vise toga , inace bi bio previse gladan (a i nisam uopce debel , cak bi trebao dobit malo mase), tako da mogu pojest i svjezi sir i bananu i kruha malo. (pecivo)

Inace, puno hvala na savjetima i razmisljanjima
