Nego, ovako nekako je on to zamislio:
Dorucak 7:30, 3-4 dcl mlijeka + 2-3 žlice meda + zobene (ne znam koliko) + banana + 30g wheya Rucak 1 (na poslu) 11:00 Pohana pileca/pureca prsa, pecena janjetina, pecena teletina, petkom riba (ovisi što je na meniju u restoranu) + prilog (najcešce prženi krumpir). Tu on nema puno utjecaja, nažalost. Rucak 2 (doma) 17:00: Slicno kao i rucak 1 osim što 1-2 dana ce biti varivo. Prilog riža, tijesto...navedite što još može od priloga Trening 18:00 najvjerojatnije Focus T25 Gamma 18:30 Shake banana + 30g wheya Vecera 22:00 nešto kao dorucak, samo bez wheya Da bi stagnirao treba mu oko 2400 kcal. On bi to podigao na 2800-3000, ali emamo pojma koliko kcal nosi sve ovo navedeno. Jel ovo ok? Jel treba ubaciti još nešto? Puno hvala.

znaci treba mu barem 9-10 kila još.
ovo je recept za shake kojeg je vrlo lako popiti a provjereno deblja ![]() -0.5 l mlijeka -2 banane -50 grama suhih groždjica -50 grama zobenih pahuljica -velika žlica meda sve sastojke izmiksati u blenderu i popiti s ovakvim šejkom unijet ce oko 900 kalorija a popije se dok kažeš keks. |
