A šta bi preporucio za dorucak? Znaci mogu zobene pahuljice(ali opet koje??ja uvijek uzmem neke od cokolina ili sa cokoladnim mrvicama I koje to proteine da dodam na to? |

Cokolino nisu zobene pahuljice.. imas zobene u svim vecim marketima.. pola kile dodje oko 5kn.. ako ne i manje.. Ako si na mrsavljenju, skuhas si ih lijepo na vodi, i u to dodas 30g whey proteina.. i to ti je odlican dorucak.. recimo nek stavis 50g zobi.. dorucak ce ti imat oko 300kcal.. iako bi trebao i vise zobi.. a zastupljeni ce biti i kompleksni UH i kvalitetni proteini..

Meni je glupost jesti zobene i bilo koje pahuljice ako si na dijeti... jer š00 g zobenih ima preko 500 kcal a da bi konkretno jeo treba ti min 50g... uneseš više od 400 kcal po obroku a nisi konkretno jeo, gladan za sat vremena... kad na sve to još dodaš i mlijeko ode to dovraga...
Zato, ja za dorucak lagano pojedem oko 200 g pilecih prsa ili nekad š00 g tune dodam malo integralnog dvopeka i neko voce... To me dosta dugo drži, taman nekih 3h da mogu normalno funkcionisati na poslu, a ima manje kcal... Kada pojedem zobene pahuljice prije nego krenem na posao za max 2h umirem od gladi, ne mogu normalno da radim... Zato, za mene su dakle pahuljice glupost ako se želi smršati... |

š00g zobenih ima 400kcal, a i manje.. imaju najmanji udio masnoca i secera.. ti mozda jedes preradjene pune secera.. svi jedu zobene za dorucak jer znaju da su izvrstan izvor ugljikohidrata za dorucak.. kuhaju se na vodi.. dodas u njih 30g whey proteina, tako s 50g zobenih imas obrok od 300kcal u kojem je zastupljeno sve sto je potrebno za dorucak ;)
Nemoj mislit da se mrsavi time sto se pojede dnevno š000kcal.. mrsavi se sa kvalitetnih 2000-2500kcal i kontinuiranim treningom ;) |

Rekla ti je gymka dobar savjet za jabuku. Onak, šta god da staviš unutra od voca neceš previše pogriješit (naravno ak je neka umjerena kolicina) jer upravo malo te fruktoze i treba ujutro. Med je vec druga stvar, meni osobno manje poželjna. Više volim prožvakat neke kalorije, nego ih samo usut u sebe

baš tako, da što duže traje kad vec ne možeš svašta natrpat unutra Meni to super...skuham ih u vodi, naribam jabuku ili ju isjeckam na komade, ubacim u vodu da se malo smekša i stavim malo cimeta na kraju |
