ja sam imala loše raspoređenih 56 kg kad sam krenula, pogotovo mi je donji dio bio strašan, inace je građa kao takva bila dobra

naravno da je izgled bitan, svatko želi imat nešto lijepo za gledat kraj sebe ali ako pretty thing provaljuje glupost za gluposti, ja radje uzmem "lošiji model" sa totalno kul osobnosti, ako se uopce mora birati između 2 , a idealist bez temelja u meni misli da ne mora

Koliko iskreno

Ma naravno da ima i veze sa fizickim izgledom, samo sto neki vezbaju samo radi fizickog izgleda, neki radi celokupnog ''zdravlja'' i izgleda, neki zarad izgleda i neceg treceg...Either way, meni su svi razlozi skroz ok.

Netko je vec rekao, zdravlje je nusprodukt treninga i korigirane prehrane. Ne možeš imati loše zdravlje ako se hraniš s mesom, povrcem i mlijecnim proizvodima i ako ne provociraš inzulin cijeli dan. A u ostalome, cim pocneš fizicki liciti na neki svoj ideal odmah si i psihicki stabilniji, a i kad si psihicki zadovoljniji svojim izgledom, odmah si i zdraviji., sve to ide jedno uz drugo. O samopouzdanju ne trebam ni govoriti T&#šš1;ngue

šta cu, shvatila sam da je to jedini nacin da jedem sve što volim i da koliko toliko sve ostane na mjestu, štoviše napreduje Big smile Osim toga, ne želim se utapat u prosjecnosti.....znaci hrana, izgled, neki fora osjecaj da sam jedna od rijetkih u ovom gradu koja radi to što radi i još uživa u tome, osjecaj uspjeha kada zapišem ponavljanje više ili vecu težinu iz treninga u trening, sav taj napredak i razvoj umjesto šugavog tapkanja na mjestu iz dana u dan.......navukla sam se na sve to....a onda slijedi i zdravlje uslijed svega toga, onako na kraju - nekad mi se cini da se više uništavam al ajde LOL
