A što se tice razmaka između obroka, svakih koliko jedete??
jel gledate da bude npr. 3 sata ili??? ako npr.gledate da toliko prođe i prođe sad 3 sata a vi niste gladni dali jedete ili ne ??? |

vecinom otkud je trebalo, a s popratnim pustošenjem sam se odavno pomirila :)

evo da se ubacim,prije sam imala malih problema sa internetom ali sad sam tu.što se tice tih razmaka između obroka ja sam sebe testirala pa znam kad mi je potreban novi obrok ili međuobrok.Nemam nikakve želje za junkom,ali vidjet cemo kad pms stigne

Ljudi ako stignete molim vas odgovorite.Zanima me još jedna stvar.Znaci prehranu sam vam napisala i Iluvatar mi je rekao neke promjene koje trebam uvesti znaci više proteina.E sad ubrzo cu dobiti orbitrek i mislim na njemu vježbati ujutro prije škole nakon buđenja i navecer imam trening,je li to dovoljno da pocnem mršaviti?Mogu li i popodne ubaciti orbitrek ako mi bude dosadno i sl.?

Možeš ubaciti, slobodno, a što se tice dali ce biti dosta da smršaviš, trebalo bi ako se budeš pridržavala jelovnika! I zapamti, Uh su najbolji za dorucak i iza aktivnosti u ostalim obrocima smanjeno!

Sad sam malo razmišljala i rezimirala si svoju prehranu u glavi.Naime smanjujem ugljikohidrate ali zanima me što je s vocm?Teško mi je malo kad me pita nešto slatko kasno naveeer i onda moram pojesti jabuku ili naraneu a ne bi htjela jer imam osjeaaj da mi to odma3e u mršavljenju.Zasada ujutro i dalje doruekujem zobene i voc mi ince bude me?uobrok izme?u dorueka i rueka.Kasnije ne jedem ugljikohidrate osim što au uvesti nakon treninga krišku integralnog kruha sa posnim.Ostala prehrana u danu temelji mi se više na povrau,tunjevini ili puretini, posnom siru i jogurtima.Radim li nešto krivo ili samo nemam strpljenja dok kile ne poenu padati?
