Sastojci za tijesto: - š00 g integralnog prašno - š vrecica kvasca - 6 žlica ulja - prstohvat soli - 300 ml mlake vode Sastojci za nadjev: - nekoliko svježih rajcica - mozzarella sir - bosiljak - kuhana piletina - umak od rajcice Priprema: Nakon što se napravili tijesto od brašna, kvasca, ulja, soli i vode, dobro ga izvaljajte i raširite po rerni. Premažite umakom te stavite bosiljak i mozzarellu. Piletinu skuhajte i izrežite na male kockice te stavite na pizzu. Povrh svega stavite kružno izrezane rajcice. |
