![]() ![]() Inace, osim kolaca s posnim sirom, štrudli od sira, jabuka, višanja, ali i šljiva, te laganog biskvita s vocem (bilo kojim, sezonskim), nisam baš fan drugih kolaca. Ali, jako volim sve kremice na bazi posnog, jogurta, mlijeka i voca, tak da imam hrpu skupljenih recepata tog tipa. I zaista su beskonacne mogucnosti - sezonsko, smrznuto, konzervirano voce, extra pekmezi, sjeckano, ribano, miksano...sve se izvrsno stapa s posnim ![]() |

ENERGETSKE HRSKAVE PLOcICE
Sastojci š/2 šalice jabucnog sirupa š/2 šalice rižinog slada 8 suhih datulja 8 suhih marelica 3 jušne žlice lješnjaka 2 jušne žlice sezamovih sjemenki 2/3 žlice lana 2 jušne žlice maslaca od sezama bez soli (tahini) 2 šalice zobenih pahuljica š šalica rižinih pahuljica š cajna žlica praška za pecivo Postupak š. zagrijte pecnicu na š80°C 2. zagrijte na laganoj vatri jabucni sirup sa sladom da se dobro promiješaju 3. datulje, marelice, lješnjake, sezam izmiksajte u pastu 4. lan sameljite u mlincu za kavu, pa ga pomiješajte s maslacem od sezama 5. zobene i rižine pahuljice izmiksajte s praškom za pecivo. Pomiješajte sa smjesom suhog voca i smjesom lana i maslaca od sezama pa umiješajte smjesu slada i sirupa. 6. stavite u nauljen kalup 7. pecite 20 minuta 8. ostavite neka se ohladi pa narežite na plocice *može i neko drugo voce ako nema marelica, a i bez njih je ok *plocice se mogu zamotati i cuvati u hladnjaku ![]() |
