ja vise necu o sminki pricat obecajem ![]() ali volio bi cuti vise o zenama koje rade i "muske vjezbe", tj. vjezbaju cijelo tijelo a ne samo noge trbusni |

Hehehe baš smo ga zapilili
![]() Da, mogli bi se vratit na temu, ha :) Uglavnom, voljela bih i ja da se malo više cura posveti takvim treninzima jer eto, u 3 godine u gymu, i to svakodnevno, stvarno još nisam vidjela niti jednu da trenira tako (osim dalile i hakune sad ![]() ![]() ![]() Ne znam, ja više ne mogu ni zamislit trening da ne jurim za nekim rekordom, živim za to ![]() |

Gym_girl: ja sam se pravo umorila od objašnjavanja ljudima da se salo ne može skidati ciljano i da možeš raditi trbušnjake koliko želiš, a da ti salo sa trbuha ne mrdne ni centa, da ti vježba sve džabe ako ne jedeš pravilno (trbušni se prave u kuhinji) itd. itd.
Ponavljam pricu kao papagaj, ne da mi se više pokušavat obratiti bilo koga :) pa ni svog fra'era, nek fura svak' svoje. Ovo za "ne mogu zamislit trening da e jurim za nekim rekordom [...]" svaka cast ![]() Edited by Rahxephon - 05 Lipanj 2012 at 10:34 |

koliko cura s užasno puno kila viška (10-ak barem) ja znam i nemreš ih prekrstit iz ove zablude te za trbušnjake!

![]() a inace, nisam još vidla curu koja radi military press (i druge vježbe za ramena)? ja ga radim s 12kg za pocetak, 5 serija po 15 i jedva svaku dovršim. sve me boli, dakle na tricepse pocela stavljat naglasak sad
![]() ![]() deadlift smatraju isto "muškom vježbom" ili ipak ne? e to sam vidjela samo jednu curu. ma opcenito sve one se drže podalje utega i u mojoj teretani.

i rijetko koja cura radi kickbacks i biceps curl! a triceps 2/3 ruke...

da, al nema ciljanog skidanja sala. tj. ak ce jest nepravilno i neuravnoteženo, nakupit ce im se i tamo ako im je genetski predodredjeno, kaj ne

nisam siguran, ali mislim da zene koje nemaju visak kilograma nemaju problema s time, a ako vjezbaju vrlo vjerovatno da ne. a sad genetika za to ne znam.

Ma slabo uopce rade ruke, kakav biceps curl ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Ne znam zašto se boje radit te ruke....da ne narastu? ![]() ![]()
