  meni je neizostavna u treningu ledja, samo sto variram u jednom programu radim chin up, u drugom pull up,,,po snazi sam dosta izjednacen u oba nacina izvodjenja...

u mom kvartu imali smo vratilo, i po cijele dane smo visili na njemu, radili sve moguce nacine onako laicki, a to je i razlog zasto su mi ledja najjaca misicna skupina
jos u prvom srednjem napravio sam 22 komada pull up , danas je to malo drukcije, uglavnom radim sa tezinom!

 zgibovi obavezni. ja na sebe nabacin nesto utega obisin na konop koji zavezen za pojas. i onda me svi gledaju zasto to radin, a ne oden jednostavno na lat spravu

Ma lat sprava ne valja.. Bolje tako objesit.. Ja
si doma slozio od lanaca i spuzve omot, i
samo okacim kolute.. Najbolje tako..
A radite vise pull ups ili chinse? Ja chinse.

klasicni zgibovi..

Ja radim prvo ispred glave taman zagrejem ramena pa onda iza glave i meni ok . Al obicno se ne radi zbog povreda

Nije ni vucenje na lat mašini iza glave prirodan pokret pa ga izvodi 99% ljudi u teretani.
