Vecernji obrok radije bazirati na nekom izvoru proteina (po mogucnosti sporo pustajucem/posni sir), i nekim izvorom zdravih masti (nesto od ulja, ili orasasti plodovi), tim vise ako navecer ne treniras. U slucaju da je taj vecernji obrok zapravo obrok poslije treninga, onda ugljikohidrati (zob) i nisu problem. Pozdrav
