aha..da, nisam primijetio razliku u tom sori
a ono sa ukocenim nogama nikak nemrem..jer mi se leđa sama savijaju,ne ostanu ravna...budem vjezbao najprije obican deadlift

da to sigurno..morao bi radit vise vjezbi istezanja za zadnju lozu da bude fleksibilnija i rastezljivja
