Danas 60minutq kardio:-)
Prije vjezbanja sqm zgrijesila, svekrva mi je kupila raffaelo, plaojela 2kuglice..
Dal bi mozda neki dodaci prehrani mogli pomoci izgaranju masti?

Samo prehrana!!

Maksimalno izbjegavaj te slatkiše...imaj doma one slatke plocice sa sezama pa ako ti baš dodje gušt uzmi jednu ili pola (prije treninga), iako to slatko probaj max. izbjegavati!!

Ok
Sad sam kupila neke krekere, , zovu se wasa,
Pise na 100g 350kcal, protein 10g, ugljikohidrati 65g,
U biti 1 kreker ima 30kcal...
Dal to. Tko jede?

Evo mene, vjezbala danas sat vremena, od toga 40min orbitrek, i cca 20min vjezbe na multi spravi-ruke, noge, veslanje.
Pms nije dobro prosao, grijesila sam katastrofa, sama sebe ne prepoznajem...tolika zelja za slatkim...
Eh, bit ce bolje...

Ispricavam se na nejavljanju...
Potresla nas je teska bolest u kuci tako da muz i ja malo fusarimo, tj. preskacemo vjezbanje...jednostavno od skoro svakodnevnog odlaska u posjete u bolnicu ne stignemo...
Hranimo se i dalje posnim siromSmile
evo unatoc tome ja zadovoljna, danas sam obukla gacice koje sam kupila prije 6 mjeseci i bile su mi male...Tongue
U posjeti nam je bio muzev ujak i primijetio je da sam smrsavila, pitao me:
-X jel se to meni cini ili si ti smrsavila?
-jesam ujo, 10 kgTongue
-a jesi mozda bolesna ?
-ma nisam ujoTongue
hahaha
Evo danas ujutro vaga pokazuje 73,7Tongue
