Pokušavala sam naći ovu temu, pretpostavljam da već postoji, ali nisam uspjela naći. Zanima me na koje mišiće najviše djeluje preskakanje? I je li dovoljno za jedan kardio trening 30 min preskakanja, od toga je nekih 4-4:30 min maximalno odmor, a ostalo preksakanje. Preskočim otprilike 1800x kroz to vrijeme. A kad krenem nekih 8 min mogu bez pauze odraditi. Na početku dobila sam užasnu upalu listova, ali nakon par dana prošlo je, i sada bez problema to ide , nema novih upala
