Jel radite u svom treningu vježbe koje su jednostavne, a ukljucuju mišice cijelog tijela?

Pogledajte kako se izvodi Burpee:

 

Koristi burpeeja nemjerljive su. Prvo, to je vježba snage za cijelo tijelo. Americki marinci imaju je u obaveznom programu jer testira snagu, ali ima i sjajne crobne benefite. Ne treba napominjati da masti izgaraju pri burpeejima kao šibice u vulkanu. Radite li punim intenzitetom (najbrže što možete), izgarate i do 50 posto više masti od prosjecne vježbe. Tako?er, ubrzavaju metabolizam i uz redovite burpeeje možete sagorjeti puno više kalorija nego inace. Wink

Bome gore pluca, probao prošlo ljeto i uvjerio se da je vrlo zahtjevna vježba

cim dođu ljepši dani odma cu je odraditi u dvorištu

a što se tice ženskog skleka, nema dinamcnosti vježbe jer se nitko nece bacati na koljena, u tom slucaju se ne radi sklek, smao se zauzme položaj za sklek, sve ostalo je isto

e sad bi ti odma da se zene bacaju na kolina
,polozaj zauzme isti ka za muski sklek jedino sta kasnije se osloni na kolina i noge podigne u zrak malo .eto

a nek proba, ja savjetujem da se samo stav za sklek zauzme... inace ce  joj se ruke umoriti brzo i nece moci izvoditi vježbu...  neka posebno radi sklekove, i kad ih bude mogla dosta, nek ih onda ubaci u vježbu Smile

Mislim da je ta ideja sa zenskim sklekom potpuno besmislena

Bolje nek bude samo polozaj za sklek, nije ni to uopste naivno kako se mozda cini.

Evo burpees-a i pogledajte razne varijacije.. zuzana jedva diše kad izvodi ovu vježbu.. Big smile

Ja moram priznat da su meni burpees super za trbusne,ali mi se brzo pocne mantat od njih! Pretpostavljam da mi je zbog niskog tlaka!
