Na treninzima svaki put radim ove trbušnjake koji su prikazani + još nekoliko varijacija. Mislim da je bolje raditi ovako razlicite vrste trbušnjaka nego samo one klasicne. Trbušnjacima se povecavaju trbušni mišici, ali se njima ne skidaju masnoce ciljano s trbuha. Pri izvodjenju ti je bitno pravilno disanje (izdisaj kad napraviš crunch), diži trup, a ne vrat.
