ovako zanima me, posto mogu odraditi jedno 20 komada na dipsu laganini, mozda i vise, da li mogu staviti odredenu kilazu da malo pojacam dips, ali ja nemam onih beltova da zakacim pa da mi vishi oko nogu, nego sam mislio da u trobu stavim tegove pa sve to na ledja, pa da radim...da li ce to biti problem za ledja, probao sam drzati nogama tegove ali samo gledam kad ce mi ispasti...

Uzmi si pojas najbolje i nekakav lanac s onom kukom, vrijedi svake kune.

Možeš ga za dipseve, zgibove, il kod vecih liftova kao cucanj, mrtvo i millitary kao potpora core-u.

Nikakve špage i sl. pa da ti se sve ureže u meso kod vecih kg.

Nece se urezat od spage.. objesio sam 20 kg oko struka, i nista se nije urezalo.. ili si ti mekusac pa bi te to ozlijedilo...

mekusac lol, i ne bojim se da ce mi se urezati sta, samo se bojim da nece spaga popustiti, doci ce mi sef, poceti drzati govor i ja ga moram kroz prozor onda baciti razumis

pa ja sam uzeo konop.. promjera jedno š5mm.. i drzi ko remen.. malo grebe, ali nisi curica da ti smeta to ;)

Ne nego sam pametan i koristim dip belt.

Misliš li onda da i pri cucnjevima trebam imat ispod guzice set noževa okrenutih vrhom prema gore samo kako bi to bilo hardcore?

Decko..dici 2x svoju težinu na cucnju je hardcore...

Zašto se dodatno brinuti oko mogucih urezivanja i zahebavati sa špagom kad jednostavno objesim utege na lanac i oko pojasa i deri koliko god hoceš kg.

sorry ali ovo je komentar osobe koja ne zna/ne može bolje pa je sretna onime što ima i misli da je hardcore jer radi sa špagom...

Ima u hervisu pojas za 90kn i imat ce ga..jako dugo.

za cucnjeve neznam.. nemogu ih bas radi koljena tako da..

a sta se tice pojasa.. ne vidim uopce potrebu da ga kupujem.. jer mi je isto..
