ima neko neki tips&tricks,kako ojacati podlaktice?
nekak mi ne napreduju ko nadlaktice,izgledaju mi ruke cudno
možda sam si ja to umislila,ali svejedno,ko zna?

A imas bas vjezbe za to.. i hammer pregib bucicama i sipkom.. i ja cijeli dan stiscem one gume :)

definitivno proba sam s utezima i sipkom i svakakve kombinacije ali nakon 4 serije ovog podlaktica ko kamen tvrda bez da je stisnem

Podlaktica kažeš
evo ovo ja radim za nju
uski nadhvat na šipci za zgibove, gore se digneš i držiš 30-60sec
sjedeci podlaktica šipkom 20kom (da bude teško)
stojeci podlaktica prazna šipka ravno u razini ramena te simulacija namatanja 20-30 komada u jednom pa u drugom smjeru bez stjanja (sporo radit)
rotatori zglobova bucicom 15-20kom (sporo radit)
4 kruga izmedju svakog kruga 60sec odmora

za kraj bonus:
digneš ruke iznad glave stisneš šaku te napraviš krug 360 sa zglobom tako da osjetiš kako se podlaktica stisne 50 u jednu 50 u drugu stranu.
Nakon ovog podlaktica je stijena i zagarantirana teškoca pri tuširanju :D

extra, inace mi najviše podlaktica umre pri mrtvom dizanju (pošto radim samo hook hvat)
pri trbušnjacima na šipci za zgibove jer visim i po 10 min po potrebi.
te pri iskoraku unazad i na povišenje jer radim sa težim bucicama i  tamo vec u trecoj seriji je problem držat to
naravno i kada se radi biceps odvali podlaktica na zadnjim hammerima.

vidim da kad radim,,tj.vježbam,bicepsi,tj. nadlaktice nisu problem,nego baš podlaktice su mi slaba tocka.

Baš imam velike bolove pogotovo kod pregiba sa bicepsom...trebao bih ojacati ih, baš sam pricao sa Avangarde danas o tome...uf :/
