moj problem je da, znam tehniku ali neznam kako bi koncipirao treninge. koje vježbe, koji dan, koliko ponavljanja, serija? ako neko zna, bio bi veoma zahvalan

cilj definitivno tu igra veliku ulogu.
imas ovdje dosta treninga s kettlebell-om: http://dpfitness.eu/treninzi/ pa se nadam da će malo pomoći. najbolje kad bi mogao kontaktirati nekoga tko je stručan u ovom području (ima takvih i na forumu ). kettlebelli su dosta zgodna "pomagala", ali nemoj se ograničiti samo na njih. |
