jeste pomislili ..nego zanima me, posto ja inache radim prsa/biceps, ledja triceps, ramena noge, da li bi bilo bolje da ubacim umjesto bicepsa, tripces da bude prsa/triceps i ledja/ biceps, posto je netko spomenuo da je tako bolje zbog maximalnog trosenja, ne znam eto...nece li to poremetiti nesto, neka ovi iskusniji kometanrisu malo...pozdrav

Ja sam pristasa prsa-biceps itd.. drugi ce ti reci da je bolje prsa-triceps... probaj mjesec dana jedan program, pa mjesec dana drugi.. pogledaj pod vjezbanje, sam ja ubacio svoj program.. po tvom sistemu.. pa sta su meni govorili..
