Zanima me,ako mi ima ko dati neki savjet da poboljšam svoju
eksplozivnost,jer sam dosta spor,a to mi prilicno treba za sport kojim se bavim.Znam neke vježbe,ali nisu mi dovoljne da napravim potpuni trening pa bi vas molio ako možete kako pomoci,da napišete svoje mišljenje ili savjet.Hvala unaprijed! |

Koje vježbe si radio? O kojem sportu se radi?
Možeš probati sa vrlo kratkim sprintevima, ali vjerovatno bi ti najviše odgovaralo poraditi na maksimalnoj snazi. Ne bi bilo loše da napišeš nešto više informacija... |

Ovisi sto si u teretani radio.. ojacao jesi, ali moras ciljano vjezbat sa utezima.. |

Ma nisam išao u teretanu,malo sma doma vježbao i slicno i onda se malo pomalo dobije masa,dosta se uspori i sada želim dobit eksplozivnost u nogama,naravno. |

super su vježbe,od srca hvala! ![]() ![]() a u teretanu ne idem jer mi nije baš blizu,a doma mogu napravit sve vježbe koje mi trebaju i radim ih dosta kvalitetno,a i problem je s teretanom što nju mogu radit samo kad je otvorena,a ja kadkad volim vježbat oko šš- ponoc,kako kad,a na kraju krajeva,ne placam clanarinu ![]() |

mogu raditi,ali ne radim,vec radim iskorak sa šipkom,tj.izmjenim noge u zraku dok skacem |
