Pozdrav svima, visok sam š77 cm i tezak 78 kg. Vjezbam vec 2 mjeseca i primjetio sam napredak, a odmah nakon treninga pojedem 4 bjelanjka i š00g grozdjica. Je li ovo dobra zamjena za whey i treba li nesto dodati?

Ako je litra cokoladnog u pitanju, onda da. Najviše zbog toga jer tek tada imaš neku poštenu cifru proteina, a dakako i UH-a. Iako stvarno ne znam kako išta može biti isplativije od mjerice wheya i dexa/maltoze |

Buduci da su proteini potrebni tijelu odmah nakon treninga, sto mislite da npr. pojedem 3 bjelanjka prije treninga koja bi provarila bas pri zavrsetku istog, a cim trening zavrsi jos 3 i š00g grozdjica?

3 bjelanjka nakon treninga mi je nekako premalo? Koliko je to, ni š5 g proteina...
možeš ti njih neposredno prije, zašto ne.. ali bolje ti nekih š-2h prije pojest neki konkretniji obrok UH+P, to je po meni dovoljno.. Edited by Gym_girl |

ovo za obrok prije se slažem.. sat - sat i pol prije, da imaš energije, ali ne nešto "teško"! što se bjelanjaka tice... 3 nije baš puno za poslje treninga, barem 4 ... ili jednostavno uzmi whey ![]() ![]() |

Ove bjelanjke koje bih jeo prije i poslije treninga ne brojim u obrok, to je umjesto wheya. Sat poslije treninga pojedem 200g pilecih prsa ili 200g tune s tjesteninom.
Jesu li mi potrebne ove grozdjice koje jedem nakon treninga ili je umjesto toga bolji traubenzucker, koji je takodjer grozdjani secer? |

Uskoro planiram u dane kad ne treniram uvesti jutarnji kardio na prazan zeludac zbog skidanja masnoca s trbuha. Smijem li tada uzimati bjelanca i grozdjice nakon kardia kao PMW, a sat nakon toga npr. 200g pilecih prsa i š00g tjestenine?

Vezano uz ovu temu,znam da je malo neaktivna,ali bi bilo
glupo novu otvarat pa vas pitam,šta mislite,mogu li u zamjenu za whey pojest š00 g piletine više.š00 gr sadrži približno 25 gr proteina,kao i mjerica 75% whey...a i ukusnije je definitivno. |

Vidi.. Whey se preporuca odmah nakon treninga jer se brzo apsorbira.. a piletina se ne asorbira tako brzo.. znaci razlika ti je u tome.. |
