Radite li ciljane vježbe za trapez (trapezius)?




Npr. radite li ove vježbe:
Slijeganje ramenima s bucicama
Slijeganje ramenima s šipkom
?

Ne radim ciljane vježbe za trapezius, jedino povlacanje šipke do brade dok radim ramena pomogne u tom segmentu.

  pa ni ja....jer mi se iskreno cini da i ovako ih previše koristim...taj dio nam svima na kraju ispadne prenapet...pa cak i bolan...zato izbjegavam.....

što se tice gornjeg dijela trapa, ne ciljam ga posebno ali ga osjetim u vucenju do brade i odrucenjima.
Srednji i donji dio pogodim verslanjima i mrtvim i to je to.

Ja sam to dosta radila prije novog treninga. (slijeganje
ramenima s šipkom)
Iz nade da ce me manje boljeti taj dio od silnog sjedenja i
gledanja prema dolje kad radim, ukoliko ojacam mišice na to
predjelu. Dalila, misliš da je to pogrešno?

Osobno ne radim niti jednu vježbu za trapez posebno, dobije sasvim dovoljno od DLa i ostalih vježbi.

bolje da proradiš na stabilizatorima lopatice, ako nešto želiš ojacati

No dalila ce bolje znati

Tek ce te onda boljet nakon te vježbe ako ju dobro odradiš i to po meni vrlo neugodna bol, cak do te mjere da nisam mogao tu vecer uopce zaspati do ne znam koje doba u noci koliko mi je to podrucje vrata i ramena "oticalo" i bilo pokoceno

 puno je vježbica koje ja koristim za stabilizaciju lopatice, no to su više manualne tehnike, i teško je te vježbe ovako objasniti....ali nekako kombiniram jacanje i opuštanje...dosta radim na triger tockama....postizometrickoj relaksaciji

... recimo da ovako najlaše ti objasnim...sve vježbice di ti se lopatice približavaju jedna drugoj, ramena paziš da idu nazad, naravno treba paziti i na vrat.... u principu bi svi mi uz treninge trebali imati i dio di cemo se opustiti i izbalansirati mišice... nemoj forsirati ramena niti trapeziuse...to nam je manje više svima ionako preoptereceno.... uglavnom...pokušaj se relaksirati....

opcenito probaj poraditi na vratu, ramenima, trapeziusima....ali nemoj vježbama jacanja...nego relaksacijom..... nevjerojatno ali 99% pacijenata....jednostavno se ne može opustiti.... mislim da nam je to svima jako veliki problem....
